Pre-settlement Inspection Checklist
Before you hand over the money, inspect the property!
The pre-settlement inspection is your final chance to take a look at the property, chattels, and fixtures included in the sale to make sure they’re in the same condition as when you signed the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
We have put together a handy Pre-settlement Inspection Checklist to help you in this process. Try to arrange your pre-settlement inspection several days before settlement in case the inspection reveals any issues that need to be resolved.

We host relaxed, informative evenings in Wellington and Porirua that provide helpful tips on how to purchase property in this market, how to make offers and conditions (especially builders reports), tips for dealing with tenders, auctions or negotiations, and extra advice from financial, legal and real-estate experts.
